WHAT DO PEOPLE SAY ABOUT WORDCRAFT?
"[WordCraft's Crash Course] was a great road map to explore an intense amount of feelings/emotions in a way I've been rejecting or neglecting. It was a safe environment that allowed everything to come up to the surface and be put into words without any filters, judgement or translation. The course helped me create a more consistent habit of taking time to sit still and write down my observations. It also helped me to drop expectations of not being a good writer, and just embrace the way I use the pen to transmute the inside world into prose of some sort with the unique qualities that my "writing style" (grammarly incorrect and all) brings up for me."
-Bea A.
"The WordCraft workshop encouraged me to set aside and plan time to enable my creativity. It pulled out a self assessment, and gave me a platform to share my process."
Ashley M.
"This course got me back in touch with myself and my creative journaling process. I reflected on questions that maybe I'd avoid."
-Natalia R.
"This course got me more into writing and writing in a slightly different style. I journal (but not as much as I used to and hopefully that will change) but now I am taking a more poetic and Zen twist!"
-Kym L.
"I spent many years completely disconnected from my body."
How many people can make this claim?
The short answer is: billions, and counting.
Every Body deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued! But, in a fast-moving, mind-driven society, our Bodies are too-often thrown under the bus. Many people do not trust themselves to take care of their Bodies, or do not trust their Bodies to take care of themselves. We spend any available income trying to make our Bodies "better" or more "beautiful" according to artificial--and ultimately arbitrary--standards established by an establishment that feeds when we believe we are not enough as we are.
Bodies, this has gone too far!
In disconnecting, disregarding, and distracting from our inherent value, we invite all manner of dysfunction and dis-ease into our lives.
It is time to listen to what our Bodies have to say.
It is time to explore new ways of being our Selves.
Tune in, speak out.
Adjust, align.
Remember and reclaim the divine energy flowing through us at every test, turn, trial, and transition.
