Lilyana and Bella Rose love nothing more than picking food from the face of the earth, and popping it into their mouths. They will find every strawberry in a patch, and pluck every ripe cherry tomato. They are avid interpretive dancers, singers, illustrators, and story-tellers.
With Rose blooming by her side, Lily has taken on the tall task of helping to teach others about earth and self care. Her You Tube channel can be found here.

Lily & Rose Jensen
Four-years-old and Two-years-old, respectively.
Keith comes from a basketball background. After playing in high school, he pursued collegiate ball at New York University. Graduating with a B.A. in Communications, Keith went on to play professionally in the Philippines for 5 years.
During Keith's rookie year playing for Ginebra (the most popular club team in Asia), a deeper sense of intention arose within him. Rather than continuing to chase the spotlight, Keith began exploring his purpose. He watched with new awareness as the big stage exposed egoic habits and beliefs, noticing a clear correlation between present-moment awareness and high-level performance. Keith had discovered a new game: self-mastery.
At the peak of his playing career, Keith walked away from basketball to follow a deeper calling: teaching people the art of presence so they can experience greater levels of freedom and fulfillment.
During Keith's first season as a youth basketball coach, he led four teams to record-breaking victories. He then went on to become the Mental Skills Director and Coach for Team Esface, a youth basketball academy near San Francisco. Alongside his personal practice, Keith studied mPEAK, (mindfulness-based Performance Enhancing Awareness and Knowledge), developed at UCSD's Center for Mindfulness. Keith also trained with Amy Salzmann, kid's mindfulness specialist and author of "A Still Quiet Place."
Keith is now developing an online academy for kids called Mental Skills Dojo. He loves spending time with his daughters, and coaching private sessions for athletes of all ages.

You are bigger than the game,
and the game is bigger than you.
and the game is bigger than you.
